KYN28A-12/24KV High Voltage Withdrawable Switchgear

Overview

KYN28A-12/24KV High Voltage Withdrawable Switchgear (hereinafter referred to as “switchgear”) is suitable for three-phase AC 50Hz power system, used for accepting and distributing electric energy and controlling, protecting and monitoring the circuit.

It is a newly introduced and developed high-current, high-break switchgear, which can also be used as a high-voltage generator outlet.

This product conforms to the standards: GB3906 “3-35kV AC metal-enclosed switchgear”, GB/T11022 “Common Technical Requirements for High-voltage Parallel Switchgear and Controlgear Standards”, IEC298 “AC Metal-enclosed Switchgear and Controlgear with Rated Voltage of 1 kV or more than 52kV and below”.

  8. It can be equipped with an electric operation module to achieve remote driving of circuit breakers and grounding switches;
  9. Intelligent components can be configured to achieve real-time monitoring functions such as circuit breaker mechanical characteristics, one click sequential control, visual operation, temperature, partial discharge, etc. At the same time, it can obtain comprehensive data from automatic collection, storage, and analysis equipment for power monitoring, energy consumption management, and health status assessment, comprehensively improving the full lifecycle management capability of switchgear.

  2. Altitude: Not exceed 2500m above sea level;
  3. Ambient humidity: Daily average RH ≤ 95%;
  4. Monthly average: RH ≤ 90%
  5. Water vapor pressure: Daily average RH ≤ 2.2kPa;
  6. Monthly average RH ≤ 1.8kPa;
  7. No violent vibration, bumps and vertical gradient not more than 8° of place

Note:

Allow to -30℃ to storage and transportation;

When the area of altitude exceed 1000m , according to the JB/Z102 «high voltage electrical appliances using the technical requirements of the altitude» , when the altitude is not more than 2000m, low pressure auxiliary equipment does not need to take any measures.

Ordering Instructions

The following technical information is required at the time of ordering

  1. Main circuit scheme plan number, use and main wiring system diagram, distribution room layout plan and arrangement and configuration diagram.
  2. Requirements for control, measurement and protection functions of switchgear as well as other blocking and sub-device requirements
  3. Model, specification and quantity of main components in the switchgear
  4. Such as switchgear between ooh feeder cabinets need busbar bridge connection. Specific requirement data such as rated carrying capacity of bus bridge, span of bus bridge, height from ground, etc. shall be provided.
  5. When the switchgear is used in special environmental conditions, it should be explained in detail when ordering.
  6. If there are other special requirements, please explain in detail when ordering.
