DLW Series Intelligent Universal Type Air Circuit Breaker (ACB) (hereinafter referred to as Circuit Breaker) is suitable for AC 50Hz, rated voltage up to 660V (690V) and below, rated current 630A~6300A in power distribution network. The Circuit Breaker conforms to GB14048.2-2001 and IEC60947-2-1995 and other standards.
It is used to distribute electric energy and protect lines and power supply equipment from overload, undervoltage, short circuit, single-phase grounding and other fault hazards.
The Circuit Breaker has intelligent protection function and precise selective protection, which can improve the reliability of power supply and avoid unnecessary power outage. It also comes with open communication interface to meet the requirements of control center and automation system.
The Circuit Breaker has an impulse withstand voltage of 8000V at an altitude of 2000 meters above sea level (different altitudes are corrected according to the standard, and the maximum does not exceed 12000V above ground).
It has the functions of overload long delay anti-time limit, short delay anti-time limit, fixed time limit and instantaneous. Can be set by the user to compose the required protection characteristics;
Single-phase grounding protection function;
Display function: setting current display, action current display, the main display of each line voltage (voltage display should be proposed at the time of ordering);
Alarm function: overload alarm;
Self-test function: overheating self-test, microcomputer self-diagnosis;g. Test function: test the action haracterist ics of the controller.
The normal working conditions and installation conditions
Air temperature:
Ambient air temperature is -25℃~+70℃ (LC low temperature product is -45℃~+70℃), the average value of 24h is not more than +35℃, higher than +40℃ should be used with reduced capacity. Please refer to the table of coefficient of capacity reduction.
Atmospheric conditions:
The relative humidity of the atmosphere in the surrounding air temperature of +40 ℃ does not exceed 50%, at lower temperatures can have a higher relative humidity, the wettest month of the average maximum relative temperature of 90%. The monthly average maximum relative temperature of the wettest month is 90%, while the average minimum temperature of the month is +25℃, taking into account the condensation that occurs on the surface of the product due to temperature changes.
Altitude:
The altitude of the installation site should not exceed 2000m, and above 2000m, it should be used with reduced capacity.
