DLVS1-12 High Voltage Vacuum Circuit Breaker

VS1-12 series indoor high-voltage vacuum circuit breaker is a three-phase AC 50Hz, rated voltage of 12kV indoor switchgear, which can be used for control and protection of industrial and mining enterprises, power plants and substations, electrical facilities, and is suitable for frequent operation.

The actuator is integrated with the circuit breaker body, which can be used as a fixed installation unit or with a special propulsion mechanism to form a trolley unit. The main circuit part can adopt the whole solid sealing pole column to realize the miniaturization of circuit breaker, high reliability and maintenance-free, which can be matched with KYN28A-12(GZS) and other middle-mounted trolley switchgear, and the fixed type can also be matched with XGN series fixed switchgear.

Product Use Environment and Conditions
  1. The surrounding air temperature does not exceed +40°C, the average daily temperature does not exceed +35°C, and the minimum surrounding air temperature is -15°C.
  2. The effect of sunlight radiation can be ignored.
  3. The altitude does not exceed 1000m.
  4. From the switchgear and control equipment part of the vibration or ground motion and the normal mode of operation of the equipment has no obvious relationship.
  5. In case of using under more than normal use environment conditions, the user shall consult with the Company to determine the permissible range and technical measures.
  6. The surrounding air is not visibly contaminated by dust, smoke, corrosive and/or flammable gases, vapors or salt spray.
  7. Humidity conditions are as follows:
    —The average value of relative humidity measured over a 24h period does not exceed 95%; -The average value of water vapor pressure measured over a 24h period does not exceed 95%.
    —The average value of water vapor pressure measured in 24h does not exceed 2.2kPa.
    —The average value of the relative humidity in January does not exceed 90%;
    —The average value of the water vapor pressure measured in 24h does not exceed 2.2kPa.
    —The average value of water vapor pressure does not exceed 1.8 kPa in a month; -the average value of water vapor pressure does not exceed 1.8 kPa in a month.
    Condensation may occasionally occur under such conditions
