Product Structural Characteristics
  • The product is divided into three-phase, single-phase two kinds, for the iron core dry type;
  • The iron core is made of high quality cold rolled silicon steel sheet, punched and sheared by high speed punching machine, which has the advantages of small burr, even rule, neat and graceful stacking, ensuring the performance of low temperature and low noise of reactor operation.
  • The coil adopts high-quality insulated wire and is wound by special machine, which has the advantages of good flatness and beautiful appearance;
  • During the assembly process of reactor, all the clamps are corroded, the key clamps are made of non-magnetic materials, and pre drying-vacuum dipping paint-process, which makes the reactor coil and core firmly become one, greatly reduces the temperature rise and noise during the operation, and effectively improves the quality factor of the reactor and reduces the effect of harmonics.
  • The external dimensions of the reactor are designed with reference to the standard cabinet size, which is small in size and convenient in wiring, and greatly saves the user’s cabinet cost investment.
