ZW20-12F series outdoor high-voltage vacuum circuit breaker (hereinafter referred to as circuit breaker) is an outdoor power distribution equipment with rated voltage of 12kV and three-phase AC 50Hz.
The product is mainly used for opening and closing the load current and short-circuit current of 10kV power system, applicable to substations and industrial and mining enterprises for protection and control of power distribution system, more suitable for frequent operation of the power grid. It adopts vacuum arc extinguishing and SF6 gas as insulation medium, and is an improved product of ZW20-12F type column vacuum circuit breaker.
Product Features
- The case adopts the gas sealing, explosion-proof and insulating structure technology of VSP5, and the inlet and outlet conduits are also improved in sealing performance. The overall sealing performance is excellent, and the internal SF6 gas is not leaking, and it is not affected by the environment of individual boundaries;
- Its spring-operated mechanism has been miniaturized and optimized for reliability and stability, adopting direct-acting chain main drive and multi-stage decoupling system, and its action reliability and stability have been improved several times compared with the traditional spring-operated mechanism in China;
- The contact between the shaft and the sleeve of the main circuit adopts the inward closing and outward tensioning table chain structure, and the contact resistance of the main circuit is small and the temperature rise is low.
- ZW20-12F also adds overcurrent protection, mechanism spring energy storage indication function, and is equipped with aviation socket as secondary electrical connection, which is easy to combine with intelligent controller.
