CJX2-F series AC contactors (hereinafter referred to as contactors) are mainly used in circuits with AC 50Hz or 60Hz, rated insulation voltage of 1000V, and rated current up to 800A at rated working voltage of 380V under AC-3 use category.
The AC contactors can be used to connect and disconnect circuits over long distances and can be combined with suitable thermal overload relays to form electromagnetic starters to protect circuits where operational overloads may occur.

The contactor can be used for frequent starting and control of AC motors.

The contactor is suitable for frequent starting and control of AC motor. The product conforms to GB14048.4 and IEC60947-4-1 standards.

The Normal Working Conditions And Installation Conditions
  • Ambient air temperature: -5℃ +~40℃ , the average value of which does not exceed +35℃ within 24 hours.
  • Altitude: not more than 2000m.
  • Atmospheric conditions: maximum temperature of +40 ℃ , the relative humidity of the air does not exceed 50%; at lower temperatures can be allowed to have a higher relative humidity, such as +20 ℃ up to 90%, due to temperature changes occasionally produce condensation should take special measures.
  • Pollution level: Class 3
  • Installation category: Class III.
  • Installation conditions: The inclination of the mounting surface to the vertical is not more than ± 5°.
  • Shock and vibration: The product should be installed and used in a place where there is no significant shaking, shock and vibration.

  • The contact system of the AC contactor is a true-action, double-breakpoint arrangement, the lower base is made of aluminum alloy, the coil is a plastic encapsulated structure, and the coil and the yoke form an integrated unit, which can be directly removed from the contactor or loaded into the contactor, and is extremely easy to use and maintain;.
  • The contactor can be equipped with two auxiliary contact groups, that is, 8 more pairs of contacts.
  • Contactor flying arc distance is small. Such as CJX2-F115 ~ F330 flying arc distance is only 10mm (200 ~ 500V), only one-sixth of other contactors of the same capacity.
  • Used in complete sets of equipment can reduce the space occupied, is an excellent supporting components in the electronic control equipment.
  • It can be installed with auxiliary contacts, air delay head and other accessories in a block type installation.
  • The AC contactor can be equipped with horizontal or vertical mechanical interlock.
  • Can be made into two, three, four-pole contactors.
